1. Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Exceptions
Any refund terms will be governed strictly by individual service agreements or written contracts.
3. Cancellation
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice as defined in their service agreement.
